- In 2015, Jaebeom starred in an online idol drama “Dream Knights” with his GOT7 members. That was Jaebeom’s last drama appearance as he began to focus primarily on his music career, becoming a singer-songwriter.

- Jaebeom loves the barbequed pork rice (called “char-siew fan”) in Hong Kong. According to Jackson in a recent interview, All the GOT7 members also enjoy Hong Kong’s famous iced lemon tea, and will have it everytime they are in the country.

- Jaebeom’s parents are farmers. Jackson, on many occasions, praised the sikhae that Jaebeom’s mother made, as the best he ever tasted. He calls it “재엄”(Jae-Om) sikhae, which means 재범 엄마(Jaebeom’s mother).
- Jaebeom is known for his love for his parents. He custom-made 3 solid gold rings for himself, his mom and his dad to wear as family rings.
- On a previous radio show, Jaebeom revealed that his father usually does not show obvious affection, but he was so proud of Jaebeom that he would buy GOT7’s albums and distribute them to friends and neighbours.
